  • 1/4 cup Carrot
  • Jicama
  • Chilli powder
  • 1/2 Lemon
CHICKEN SALAD WITH APPLES
  • 1 cup Chicken Precooked
  • 1/2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Natural Yogurt
  • 1 Apple Chopped
  • 1/2 cup Celery
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Crackers
  • Grapes
  • Melon

TOMATO SALAD
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Fresh Cheese
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • Pepper
  • Basil
  • Crackers
  • Melon
  • Strawberries

JAM SANDWICH
  • 2 Wholemeal Bread
  • Mayonnaise
  • Turkey jam
  • Cheese
