WATERMELON FRIES
These Watermelon Fries with Coconut Lime Dip are a great Gluten Free, Vegan and Healthy Summer Snack that’s perfect for the whole family.
So this really is pretty easy, and comes down to just a few simple ingredients.
This is a Mexican seasoning that is a mixture of salt, chili and lime, but in a pitch you can easily just swap in salt, chili powder and lime zest. No sweat. I’m literally just obsessed with this stuff so I always have it on hand.
For the dip to go with your watermelon fries, I mix some non-dairy coconut yogurt, zest and juice of one lime and a little coconut sugar, to taste. It’s literally that easy (and OMG so delish).
