I’ll let you in on a little (actually massive, huge, and radical) secret: a great way to boost your morning with some protein power, is by adding a couple scoops of collagen to your morning oatmeal, smoothies, chia pudding, and of course… these perfect little muffins! - 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 medium banana
- 1 large egg

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
